Villa Papavero Rosso is located in a very quiet area, a short distance from the center of Pedara. The villa represents a true oasis of peace at the foot of Mount Etna and is 18km from the Rifugio Sapienza, 16km from the center of Catania and 15km from Aci Trezza.
Inside: Villa Papavero Rosso is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living area with kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom, a laundry room, a bathroom and a sauna area. Upstairs there are a double bedroom, a bedroom with a french bed, a bathroom and a laundry room.
Outside: The outdoor area features a large veranda with kitchen and dining area, a large garden with private swimming pool and a parking space
CONDITIONS AT CHECK-IN:
1. All guests must show proof of identity
2. The payment of the security deposit of € 100.00 will be requested upon arrival in cash and will be released on the day of check-out
3. Payment of tourist taxes
4. We do not accept animals
NB: The swimming pool is SEASONAL
Check-in is until 20:00, late check-in is to be agreed and confirmed with the owner and a supplement will be calculated to be paid locally
