Diego’s house is located in San Giovanni li Cuti, a small seaside village in Catania where there is the most characteristic beach of the city. The feature that makes it a unique place is the presence of sand and black rocks of volcanic origin. The village is full of restaurants and beaches, where you can find fresh fish and traditional Sicilian dishes, at night the area of SG Li Cuti becomes the protagonist of the summer “nightlife” in Catania.

The apartment is located just in front of the picturesque harbor where it is still possible to see the typical wooden boats used by local fishermen.
On the ground floor there is a large and bright air-conditioned open space with a double sofa bed, a modern equipped kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine. Going up to the first floor you enter the two double bedrooms with windows overlooking the sea, both air conditioned, a bathroom and a terrace.
CONDITIONS AT CHECK-IN:

2. The payment of the security deposit of € 100.00 will be requested upon arrival in cash and will be released on the day of check-out

Check in is until 20:00, after which time is to be agreed and confirmed with the owner and a supplement will be calculated to be paid locally
