VILLA DANIELA Located in the Bay of Silence, an oasis of peace and tranquility a few kilometers from Catania and Syracuse.
Indoor: Villa Daniela is positioned facing the sea, located inside a residence, and has direct access to the sea. It is spread over two levels: on the ground floor there is a large and bright open space with living area and kitchen area, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, one of which has access to a large terrace overlooking the sea, and two bathrooms (one with a shower).
Outdoor: In front of the kitchen there is a large covered terrace with dining area, relaxation area, outside shower and a large garden with a breathtaking view of the sea. The house also has a private parking.
CONDITIONS AT CHECK-IN:
1. All guests must show proof of identity
2. The payment of the security deposit of € 100.00 will be requested upon arrival in cash and will be released on the day of check-out
3. We only accept a small pet
Check-in is until 20:00, late check-in is to be agreed and confirmed with the owner and a supplement will be calculated to be paid locally
