After a short and suggestive country road (just 3 minutes from the center of Santo Stefano di Camastra and all the main services) you arrive at Villa Niccolò which with its bewitching sea view, its pool, and its gorgeous sunsets, is imbued with a romantic calm that has few rivals. From its lovely terrace equipped with barbecue and outdoor furniture for dining and lounging, you can admire the splendid Aeolian islands
Inside: Villa Niccolò is all on one level. To reach the main entrance you cross the terrace from where one gets one’s first glimpse of the pool and the stunning sea view. The first room is a big and bright living room with a flat screen TV, a large sofa and air conditioning, to the left there is a well-equipped kitchen. Heading right from the living room, a hallway takes one to the remainder of the accommodation with a quadruple bedroom (one double bed and a bunk bed) with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and one double bedroom with air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom.
Outside: the terrace of Villa Niccolò have been designed to make the most of the splendid sea view and the swimming pool. Terrace wrap around the house, offering a variety of areas in which to relax. Running all the way along the sea-facing side of the house is a shaded terrace furnished for lounging and dining, this terrace also leads down to the lovely pool (the perfect spot for watching the sunset with an aperitif in hand). Heading right from the pool there is a path leading down to a big garden with donkeys and hens, a fragrant citrus orchard and a vegetable garden from which you can collect genuine and km0 products from our land.
CONDITIONS UPON ARRIVAL:
1. All guests have to show their ID or Passport
2. Payment of the security deposit of €100,00 will be required in cash and will be returned at check-out
3. Payment of the tourist tax
4. We don’t accept PETS
NB: The swimming pool is open from June till August
Check in is until 8PM. A late check in is to agree with the owner, it depends on availability and an extra charge is applied.
